Marion City Schools

Inspiring a Community of Achievement

MCS Human Resources

Interested in Marion City Schools?

We’re looking for staff dedicated to inspiring a community of achievement.

We believe at Marion City Schools that it’s important to prepare students for their future. That means making sure students are ready for college or their chosen career once they leave high school.

Inspiring a community of achievement begins with our staff. From the early stages of education all the way to the last days of high school for a student, our staff is in place to prepare children for their future. At Marion City Schools, our goal is to keep our staff as long as possible to ensure we are building trust and improving morale through both academic and social/emotional support.

At Marion City Schools we’re dedicated to transforming how we educate students. We sought input from community, business and educational partners about what our graduates need to succeed. We took that information and put together what we call the Four Pillars, our foundation of improvement.

Preparing students isn’t only about making sure they can pass tests. Preparing students is about making sure they are ready to succeed in life. It means preparing them to build a better community.

That’s the kind of work we strive to do at Marion City Schools. We seek to inspire a community of achievement. We seek to prepare our students for a better tomorrow and to help make that better tomorrow come true.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our school district. We appreciate your interest and hope to talk to you more about what makes Marion City Schools unique.
